• - Handle user queries through calls related to Internet Issues, Network related issues, Router & Modem Issues.
  
• - Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively.
  
• - Required to handle Queries.
  
• - Should be able to resolve and give appropriate solutions to the customers.
• QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:-
• 1) Any graduate (Min 6 Months Technical Experience).
  
• 2) B tech/BCA/BSC-IT/3 Years Dip-IT (Fresher) can also apply.
• SKILLS REQUIRED-
• - Candidate with excellent communication skills and immediate joiner required.
  
• - Candidate should be able to handle the pressure.
  
• - Candidate should be time flexible.
• -Must have basic Technical Knowledge.
