Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Total of 6 years of IT experience.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with Service- Now.

Worked on ServiceNow development with knowledge on server side/ client side scripting and workflows.

Worked on ServiceNow applications scoped and global applications.

Worked with 3rd party integrations.

Worked on Incident management, problem management, change management and knowledge management.

Troubleshooting Service Now performance issues.

Service Now administration certified.
