Job Description:

At least 1-3 years of relevant experience as a voice coach or trainer.
Must have conducted email call or chat audits and have knowledge of different feedback mechanisms (Sandwich model GROW model etc.)
Must have some background of customer service in order to know about culture sensitization first contact resolution interpersonal skills etc.
Need to be familiar with certain terms like - NPS AHT (avg handling time) throughput (trainers scorecard) Bottom quartile management.
International voice experience in BPO previous experience in customer service

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle day to day interaction is with peers within Entity before updating supervisors
Will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
Will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients
The decisions you make impact your work and may impact the work of others
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a focused scope of work.
