Job Description:
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience as a voice coach or trainer.
  • Must have conducted email call or chat audits and have knowledge of different feedback mechanisms (Sandwich model GROW model etc.)
  • Must have some background of customer service in order to know about culture sensitization first contact resolution interpersonal skills etc.
  • Need to be familiar with certain terms like - NPS AHT (avg handling time) throughput (trainers scorecard) Bottom quartile management.
  • International voice experience in BPO previous experience in customer service

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Handle day to day interaction is with peers within Entity before updating supervisors
  • Will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients
  • The decisions you make impact your work and may impact the work of others
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a focused scope of work.
