Job Description

Manages the property related operations of the funds real estate lease portfolio
Manage external property managers and master tenants performance
Ensure periodic income and expenses review with property managers and master tenants
Responsible for conducting market intelligence and updates
Prepares market analysis, including trends, competition reports, and general site information
Prepares financial analysis to support lease recommendations
Develops and analyzes budgets and financial information for new locations, including PI and SVA analysis
Manage external property managers appointment process
Negotiates all terms of a property managers contracts and necessary legal documents
