We are Planet HR Solutions, a leading recruitment out sourcing company. Our well known Real Estate client Company maintaining a respectable name in the plotting business & offers plotting township, second home projects, and N.A. residential plots & expertise in land acquiring, land development, and procurement formalities, thus providing their customers with cost-effective projects with maximizing returns ,required candidates for Sales Manager.
Position:- Sales Manager

Location:- Pune
Qualification: MBA/Post Graduate
Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Role and Responsibly:
Activity generating new leads and prospecting by own calls and meeting.
Converting leads in to site visit and booking.
Handling company site visit and converting them in to booking.
Finding new area and prospecting.
Taking active participation of any event declare by company.
Taking initiative in participation of promotional Activities.
Formulate annual and monthly sales plan and implement sales strategy
Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities
Company Given Target is mandatory any excuse will not be accepted.
You must have to report daily through CRM (or through mail, if CRM is not working) is compulsory.
On Saturday & Sunday : You must have to done Maximum site visits
Process to follow for converting prospect to Sales booking :
You must have to choose right prospect.
You Must have to understand the need of the prospect and his potential during call and appointments
Fill enquiry form in CRM or manually by taking all the necessary details from prospects for our record.
Give company presentation to the prospect to have a clear idea of the company and to make them more confident.
Give brief explanation to the prospect about our project specification, connectivity of the projects, Amenities o the project.
Give proper explanation to the prospect to choose our project as benefit of investment and as second home or residential.
After100% satisfaction of the prospect takes him for site visits and focus on his booking.
Take proper feedback from prospect by filling Feedback form
Salary Best As per market standards.
