Experience : 8+ Yr
Salary : upto 15.00 LPA
Looking for candidates worked in PMC project in industrial Sector like Chemical. Pharma, FMCG
Targeted company- CBRE, JLL. Cushman & wakefield
Key Duties:
Meeting sales target and increasing FOB in the region
Create opportunity with associated thinking- cross selling abilities. Generating continuous flow of new project enquiries.
Draws-up capture plans for winning significant projects,
including competitor scrutiny, weighing MMs capabilities, and facilitates internal discussions on the best strategy for winning the bid
Associate sector forerunner in preparation of marketing plan- sector, geography for new and continued investments
Continuous update on Market intelligence investments- detailed knowledge of Customer business and tasks
Having Intelligence about opposition, their customers and their key differentiators and winning strategies
Engaging with clients senior management team for developing potential opportunity customer engagement Plan
Clear ability to Justify the need for client investment
Reporting to Sector and unit management.
Actively participate in DTB meeting, assessment/ vetting of proposals, Articulating scope of work and winning strategies, costing, and pricing.
Involvement in convincing the customers, Concluding deals and contracts
Customer relationship management including receiving feedback from customers
Identifying the business partners and Building strong relations
Candidate Specification :Candidate with B.E./ B. Tech. degree in Mechanical or Chemical can apply. Masters in Business Administration from reputed institute will be preferred.
Professional experience Consulting engineering (preferred) as client facing manager or BD representative
Good knowledge on manufacturing Industry (preferably Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Edible Oil, General Industry, Textile sectors.)
Experience in managing client accounts
Good in communication (oral, written and be expressive) and grasping, presentable and ability to articulate.
Should be able to recognize prospect scope and prepare an approach for delivery.
Compile the marketing documents, client submissions, presentation and proposals talking a prime position
Should have fair knowledge about commercial conditions, contracts, and legal issues
Able to engage and communicate to different levels in client organisation.
Convincing abilities externally with clients/partners and internally with all stake holders.
