We have an urgent opening for DH Mines Operation
To function as Mines manager in the statutory capacity. To plan, coordinate, implement and monitor the safety, quality and production operations in the Mines Department in order to achieve the objectives of the department.

Supporting Actions
Accountability: Operational Planning Plan and coordination of entire mining operations, such that production / Mining targets (from quality and quantity) of limestone are achieved to meet the requirement of cement plant. Mine Development Prepare plan for mine development as per the long term/short term strategy of mine development such that the mine operations are cost effective & help the use of maximum reserves maintaining quality of limestone.
Operational Planning Plan and coordination of entire mining operations, such that production / Mining targets (from quality and quantity) of limestone are achieved to meet the requirement of cement plant. * Prepares the plan for mines development * Takes approval from the head * Deploy resources * Regularly monitors * Provides technical inputs to his staff as and when necessary * Prepares the plan for direction of mining and maintenance activities. * Regularly check for adherence to the plan targets etc. * Coordinate maintenance arrangement such that the crusher meets desired output. * Effective blending of benches to maintain quality of limestone. Mine Development Prepare plan for mine development as per the long term/short term strategy of mine development such that the mine operations are cost effective & help the use of maximum reserves maintaining quality of limestone. * Prepares the plan for direction of movement of mine vis- -vis plant, vibration levels etc. * Determines quantity of overburden, sub-grade and dolomitic Limestone
Cost and Productivity Plan, maintain and control operation and maintenance cost within the budgeted parameters.
* Arranges the soil, over burden and dolomitic limestone dumping in a manner which facilitate the mine movement as per long term plan * Keep the excavation direction in such a manner that future crusher can be placed near the excavation site reduces the transportation cost * Effective selection of benches to maintain quality of limestone. Cost and Productivity Plan, maintain and control operation and maintenance cost within the budgeted parameters. * Utilize the equipment's to their optimum capacity * Eliminate the wasteful operation * Monitors fuel and power consumption * Prepare the haul roads in such a manner that operating cost is minimized. * Ensure optimum output from the crusher. * Identify new methods & material for blasting. * Life Value analysis of equipment
