We have an Urgent Opening for PF - Mines Operations
To coordinate and ensure drilling of blast holes, excavation and transportation of limestone to LS crusher to achieve the targeted limestone production and quality, with optimum utilization of resources, thereby increasing productivity and optimizing cost of production. To ensure safety of Men and Machinery and achieve 'Zero' accident rate. To achieve departmental objectives, reduce tyre consumption and breakdown of machines, by increasing awareness and skill of operator's, encouraging team spirit, maintaining discipline with clear focus on companys Mission and Vision.

Supporting Actions
Accountability: Excavation and transportation of Limestone from different locations of mines to crusher to produce 5300 tons/shift Ensuring quality of crushed limestone as required by Plant
Excavation and transportation of Limestone from different locations of mines to crusher to produce 5300 tons/shift * Controlling the production and ensuring safety in the job role of shift In-charge, and as an Asst. manager designee by DGMS. * Inspection of working places with respect to safety, blasted limestone availability. * Optimum utilization of resources * Ensuring the Welfare amenities to the workmen in shift for smooth operations * Coordination with HEMM and Crusher In-charge Ensuring quality of crushed limestone as required by Plant * Planning of production from different places in mines according to blast hole sample * Follow up of hourly sample results from QCX lab. * Continuous monitoring of quality through Cross Belt Analyzer. * Changing the shovel combination and operating locations accordingly

Drilling of blast holes * Inspection of drilling sites and ensuring safety by avoiding unsafe conditions. * Shifting of drills as per planning Safety of men and machinery * Abiding by the statute of the Mines act, regulations, rules and bylaws. * Maintaining discipline and ensuring safe working conditions and practices. * Observance of related clauses of systems ISO 9001-2000, ISO14001, OHSAS: 18001. Making and maintaining mine haul roads * Continuous monitoring of road conditions and deployment of road making machinery and labour for improvement.
Development of Heavy Earth moving Operators To improve work culture and best practices for higher productivity
Development of Heavy Earth moving Operators * To impart `On the Job Training , Refresher training, and other training as per requirement. To improve work culture and best practices for higher productivity * Corrective and preventive actions against observations and nonconformities by internal and external auditors * Working on WCM initiatives * Working on Six sigma Project (to improve MTBF, MTTR and cost reduction)
