Accountability: To ensure target availability of the equipment of Cement mill Ph-1. To optimize resource utilization To carry out the maintenance within the target cost To plan and implement improvement activities. Ensure a safe and congenial environment.
To ensure target availability of the equipment of Cement mill Ph-1. * Plan and implement scheduled maintenance to minimize breakdown time. To optimize resource utilization * To carry out material and manpower planning, indent and follow up for material. To carry out the maintenance with in the target cost * To plan and monitor maintenance time, to use optimum resources, Spares reconditioning To plan and implement improvement activities. * To identify improvement areas, plan and implement the same Ensure safe and congenial environment. * Plan for safe working and implement safe working procedures.
