Inviting applications for the role of PD, Supervision
In this role, you would be responsible for clearing FINRA certification and post clearance you are responsible to supervise sales practices of investment representatives on both pre-trade and post trade.
Responsibilities
Supervise sales practices of investment representatives
Background of US Market functionalities
Good understanding of financial products
Open to rigorous studies (need to clear multiple FINRA Certifications)
Ability to handle work pressure
Should be open for learning & Feedback
Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables
Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Commerce Graduate or MBA (Finance and Banking)
Good English language skills (verbal and written)
Basic MS Office skills required
Should have an eye for details
Good thought process and analytical skills
Preferred qualifications
FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 24 certified candidates
Industry experience
Certificates in Indian Stock market courses
Contract: COE based Service agreement for 2 Years & 6 months. Penalty clause in case someone wants to leave before the expiration date.
