Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E Any Specialization
PG: M.Tech- Any Specialization
Primary skills: ETL->Abinitio, ETL->Abinitio->SQL
Responsibilities:
1) Lead or participate in the definition, execution and communication of ETL strategy and technical solution
2) Development of data staging, architecture and consuming internal and external application interfaces
3) Promote repeatable framework-based development, integration, and testing practices
4) Cooperate with business and operational users, other data management staff and infrastructure teams to ensure adherence to client and company guidelines, restrictions and requirements as well as industry standards
5) Efficient assessment and resolution of complex technical design issues
6) Provide project team with leadership and guidance on defining, monitoring and managing business data quality and ETL operational metrics
7) Responsible for deploying technical methodologies for client projects, such as functional/technical requirements, design topics, code review and testing procedures
8) Frequent interaction with management and support teams on project status and priority setting 9) Research new solutions, tools and methodologies that may improve the overall operation model, process and/or the result of the project or projects at hand
10) Employ extreme attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to dynamic client environments and changing business, operations and technology priorities.
Skills:
- Knowledge of more than one technology
- Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
- Knowledge of Testing tools
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
- Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
- Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
- Good understanding of the technology and domain
- Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
