Job Description
Director / SBU Head - Job Location : Uttrakhand
Would be reporting to the Management.
Should be Post Graduate with minimum 15+ years exp in Sales & Marketing in FMCG industry. Preference will be give to the professionals with Food Processing / Packaged Food industry background.
Should have headed Sales, Business Development and Operations for 5 years.
Will be solely and overall responsible for :
1. Sales and marketing of the company's brands / products;
2. Business plans of the Unit - short term and long term ;
3. Would be the Profit Centre Head of the Company ;
4. Maximise the growth and profit of the Profit Unit ;
5. Would be overlooking all the functions / operations of the Production Unit in addition to Supply Chain, Quality, Administration and Human Resources ;
6. Should be able to align his vision with the Management's vision about the organization as a whole ;
7. Should be able to help the Management in company's expansion plans and new ventures ;
8. Should support the Management in overall achievement of the goals ;
9. Will be taking initiatives in relation to all support functions ;
10. Should be able to manage all sales and marketing related activities like New Product Launch, Advertising, Media Planning, Promotional activities, Branding and MIS etc.
