Inviting applications for the role of Manager Business Analyst
In this role, the Business Analyst s objective is to perform business analysis, work with ops team and technical team across different RPA delivery phases for defining/review of risk controls.
Responsibilities
Process Design Document
Business test scenarios
Stakeholder management
Solve the issue and provide a fix or workaround
Track and monitor SLAs for governance and control
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Engineering Graduate [B. E / B. Tech or equivalent]
Excellent Experience in RPA Development within Automation Anywhere
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience in problem solving and design
Certified in Automation Anywhere
Preferred qualifications
Experience in .NET / VB-Script / VBA / UI-Automation
