Warehouse Summary

We are looking for a warehouse worker to help us organize our warehouse to help with organizing orders, ensuring items are packed and dispatched in a timely manner. You will be required to process the warehouse products and collaborate with coworkers. You are responsible for doing your part in ensuring the warehouse is functioning efficiently.

  Responsibilities

  • Organize orders for pickup and delivery.
  • Ensure items are packed and labeled ready for loading and shipping.
  • Process warehouse stock products.
  • Maintain an inventory and regularly update it.
  • Ensure the inventory is controlled and maintained with high quality for the purpose of audits.
  • Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and personnel for a smooth workflow.
  • Inspect warehouse and report any issue to the supervisors.
  • Maintain and operate warehouse machinery and equipment for tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
  • Clean the warehouse and keep it hygienic.
  • Keep the company quality policies in mind while working.
  • Stay up to date and follow best practices.

Requirements

  • High school graduate.
  • Good physical endurance and stamina.
  • Well versed with basic computer systems, inventory software, and systems.
  • License to operate a forklift.
  • Ability to operate heavy duty warehouse machinery.
  • Up to date with best warehouse practices and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills.

    Front Office Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated front office worker to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents, basic bookkeeping, and more. Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and procedures.

    Front Office Duties and Responsibilities

    • Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
    • Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
    • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
    • Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
    • Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
    • Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
    • Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
    • Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks
    • Record meeting minutes and dictations
    • Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed

    Front Office Requirements and Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position
    • Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
    • Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Great organizational and multitasking abilities

Housekeeper Summary

  • Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies

    We are looking for a professional Housekeeper able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.

    The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
    • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
    • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
    • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
    • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
    • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
    • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
    • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
    • Customer-oriented and friendly
    • Prioritization and time management skills
    • Working quickly without compromising quality
    • Knowledge of English language
    • High school degree
