Location : Koramangala | Qualification : MBA-HR Preferred | Temporarily WFHome

- HR to Oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes

- Experience of HR Operations in IT Product/Services/ITES Industry Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Management

- Talent Acquisition at different levels, ensuring the right hire for the right job

- Reviewing JDs of positions regularly & updating them in consultation with respective managers

- New employees joining formalities, offer Negotiation, roll out | Exit Processes

- Manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance Payroll

Payroll

- Timely distribution of salary, bonus, Salary slip, leave encashment, final settlement

- Recording, maintaining, monitoring Daily/Monthly Leave & Attendance

Statutory Compliance Management

- Statutory Compliance: Adherence and compliance with the provisions of various Labor Legislation (Shops & Establishments Act, EPF, ESI, PT, etc.)

- Maintaining all HR Reports & Documents

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Experience

- 4+ Years Proven working experience as HR Professional

- Excellent Communication, go-getter, active listening, negotiation and presentation Skills
