We have an Urgent opening for HR Recruiter / HR Analyst: NON-IT RECRUITER (Work from Office mandatory, Day Shift - Only Female candidates from Bangalore required Immediate joiners required)
Designation: HR Recruiter
Experience: Fresher / Any exp to start with recruitment.
Qualification: +2 / Any Graduation (Including BE/Btech) / Any Post Graduation
Salary: 12k + Incentives (High Performance based Monthly Incentives + Bonus)
Location: Work From Home ( PAN INDIA)
Shift Timings: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Candidates who would like to build a career in HR (NON-IT Recruitment Industry)
freshers seeking an opportunity to upgrade their skills by working on recruitment for the leading MNC companies.
Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.
Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
Assess knowledge, Communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.
Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
Excellent communication skills required - oral and written.
Self-driven to achieve assigned targets.
Ability to research, understand the business process
Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.
Positive attitude and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building are the traits for the right candidate.
End-to-end recruitment & Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet etc)
