One of our client leading in manufacturing Ind is Looking for R&D Executive - Exp Must be in Pharma Industry

Job Description

As an R & D Executive responsible for research, planning, and implementing into their company or organization and overseeing the development of new products.

Job Responsibility

1. Synthesis of new API drugs, Development, optimization & validation work for cost-effective
2. process with environment safety & commercial viable process API & intermediates right from
3. lab scale to plant scale.
4. Thorough knowledge of different reactions.
5. Transfer of Technology from R&D to Plant
6. Coordinating with support activities like technology transfer, production, ADL, QA & RA.
7. Developmental work with detailed planning to meet present targets and implementing process
8. Modifications to enhance operational efficiency & optimize resource utilization.
9. Documentation like journal writing, specification, report preparation, technological package
11. Supporting in designing and implementation of departmental SOPs.
12. Handling of Laboratory activity (release and Method Validation).
13. Solve the problem by troubleshooting procedure.
14. Maintaining of Laboratory as per GMP.
15. Ready to Re-Locate as per Company Requirement.

Job qualification

1. Should Have Experience in Research & Development or Laboratory Development
2. Experience in Pharma Industry will be preferred.
3. Qualification Bsc.-Chemistry /MSc.- Chemistry
4. Minimum 4 to 5 years relevant post-qualification experience.
