Job Description
The Operations Manager will lead and manage a team of Restaurant Managers/Supervisors, responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of restaurants including Sales, Customer Service, quality control, operations, Staff Development, training, provide effective line management & human resources.
Responsible for implementing the applicable regulations, systems, & policies concerning the operation department.Follow-up of labor training & training dates, & analysis of training results & returns from them.Responsible for the availability of all materials necessary for operational processes in quantities commensurate with the size and nature of work for each department, & for monitoring the consumer & damaged and executed according to the system followed.Responsible for the availability of health, professional and standard conditions for workers, as well as materials, tools, equipment, & service places for customers after studying and submitting them by the food development officer and branch managers.Responsible for following up & completing any material faults & following up & monitoring maintenance models.
Prepare the required weekly,monthly,& annual reports to help other departments to speed up the appropriate decision-making.
Responsible for solving any customer problems if they are not solved by the branch administration.Responsible for monitoring costs,food quality,customer satisfaction,speed of service, & working to increase profitability.Monitor local competitors and their operations, make comparisons, & present them to direct management.Ensure that comprehensive quality systems are applied in all operations.Responsible for implementing health & safety requirements (civil defense), as well as property & other insurance, & file follow-up systems for keeping documents in the branches.Preparing a short-term (6 months) (and long-term) development plan for more than a year, explaining the facility's goals, aspirations, and development work steps, with quality & efficiency.Monitoring & analyzing the deviation from the established plans, causes and methods of treatment, & designing a specification brochure based on which the workers work according to the regulations to be implemented & it is a comprehensive guide & a measure of any branch of our restaurants.Establishing standard operating procedures to ensure optimal use in operations in an equal & homogeneous manner in all branches. Responsible for ensuring the completion of daily work on the production line in the kitchen, etc.Responsible for implementing the rules, regulations, & policies followed by the department.Responsible for the implementation of franchise module locally & internationally. He should have experience to deal in franchise.
