Organization Brief:
True Frog is a fun, energetic brand in the clean beauty segment with a focus on making safe, allergen-free, planet friendly skin and hair care products. We are looking for a social media marketing manager to work with us in growing the brand on social media channels through meaningful content and associations.
Positions
Role: Social Media Executive
Location: Bangalore (only Bangalore candidates should apply)
Nature of Job: Full time
Reporting to: Marketing Head
The responsibilities would be
1.Responding to customer comments in IG and other platforms
2.Social listening
3.Executing the social media content calendar (Posts on Instagram, other social media (writing captions), contests etc)
4.Planning and executing Instagram reels, IGTV videos
5.Coordination with external influencers and stakeholders to create relevant content.
The ideal candidate should
1.Have a very keen interest in the beauty category with awareness about international trends in social media in this category
2.Knowledge on Instagram and all its changing features
3.Excellent spoken and written English
4.Previous experience in Fashion / Beauty ecommerce would be an advantage
5.Excellent communication skills
6.Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
7.An appreciation for how things look, and how things are written (maybe a background in advertising, design or copywriting)
