Hiring for U.S. Customer Service - ( Travel Process)

Location : Mumbai

Work location - Work from home

Salary Offered- 23k + 2750

candidates should know refund and rescheduling

*fixed night shift and 2 rotational week offs, can be split offs.
No Freshers, Minimum 6 months travel experience. ( Any GDS )

Requirement for the process:

Any Graduate/Under-Graduate can apply

Excellent communication skills
Well versed in refunds/reissue

Excellent Typing Skills (25/80)
Comfortable to work in Rotational Night Shifts
Responsible for answering customer queries through Voice and Email
Max CTC 3.5lacs (22k in hand)
