Job Summary: ISOL Consultants is seeking a Project Manager/construction Manager for their Consulting assignments.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Candidate should be an Alumni of NICMAR/RICS or any other equivalent institute.
2. Familiarity with construction/ project management software
3. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
4. Well versed with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Cost-x and other project management tools.
5. Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. for planning and Project Management
6. Negotiate contracts to reach profitable agreements

Skills:

• Good knowledge MS Project / Primavera Software
• AutoCAD
• Vendor Management
• Resource Management
• Knowledge on Photoshop, Sketch Up, Revit is added advantage
• Cost X
• Supply Chain and Logistics
• Team player with leadership abilities.

Remuneration: Negotiable and based on ones qualification and experience.
