Responsibilities
Well Versed with OM / Supply Chain Management - Order Management - Complex Machine Orders, Invoicing, POs Processing, Spares Parts Order Management
Manage order management and order fulfilment
Ensures resolution of order management issues
Identifies, supports & troubleshoots day to day business (Order management/Delivery/Invoicing) issues and process-oriented tasks.
Research customer order problems and work cross-functionally to resolve them and deliver the right solution
Functional knowledge of order management applications
Order Management and Supply Chain business process knowledge
Manage and coordinate with onsite and offshore resources and provide appropriate status updates to the leadership team on an ongoing basis.
Manages Order execution, billing and invoice.
Works with stakeholders and leadership to identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and communicate and drive greater efficiency and accuracy
Supports day-to-day post-sales order transactions (e.g., credits, returns, order entry) and reporting of customer issues
Communicating to all levels of the organization regarding issues, solutions, process improvements, and policies.
Track, process & analyze Orders & Reports/Identify Customer Needs/Dispute handling
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate
Good experience in Supply chain management
Oracle Fusion Applications with strong domain knowledge
Good understanding & experience of OM & supply chain processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excel skills
Preferred qualifications
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent multi-tasking ability.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
