Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate Business Analyst/Project Coordination
In this role, you will be responsible to analyze and model data attributes to identify accuracy. You will function as a team member to build processes to determine data quality thresholds and appetite with relevant stakeholders. Your role will be as a team member who can work with minimum supervision in Agile environment. You will be expected to establish reporting, dashboards, workflow as needed, in conjunction with other relevant teams, to conceptualize the solution capable of handling large volumes of email threads, support governance and oversight of the program through reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Ask relevant questions to understand the functional aspects of existing applications and create workflow diagram of how data flows between systems.
- Manage multiple tasks at same time.
- Clearly articulate the requirement with both business and technical teams.
- Support governance and oversight of the program through reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with other program stakeholders to deliver objectives.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Computer Science graduate from a reputed university
Preferred Qualification
- Operations project involving vendor application on-boarding process.
- Interaction over email and phone, so, candidate should possess strong communication skills.
- The person with curious mind and analytical skills.
- Experience on application development projects or IT/networking projects will be an added advantage.
- Preferred experience in large-scale financial institution.
- Data manipulation using Excel.
- Analysis over data sets and establishing validation and assurance over data
- Working in a globally federated team across time zones
- Self-starter with good communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in Information Security domain.
- Knowledge of Agile Kanban.
- Coordinating risk assessments for 3rd party vendor applications.
- Data quality processes and modelling.
- Trained on any cloud platforms like AWS, Azure.
- Trained or certified in LEAN, Six Sigma, CCNA, CISSP, PMP.
- Familiar with SDLC process and different environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
- Understanding of different tiers of a software system (Web Server, App Server, Database server, Cloud).
- Overview of AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Past experience in development project preferable.
