Roles and Responsibilities
Own the TA technology platform and lead the TA digitization journey from scratch
Must be successfully involved in Success factor as a tool from an implementation standpoint
Deep knowledge of Application Tracking Systems is a must along with understanding of tools in the market for Talent acquisition
Designing and execution of programs in areas like Employee referrals, Internal Mobility, Diversity and Inclusion. Aligning it local markets
Manage the AOP for the Talent Acquisition function and have fortnightly reporting with the functional leader along with working with Finance teams as needed
Lead the Audit and Compliance process and manage audits end to end on various aspects of talent acquisition
Ensuring adherence to the TA global governance framework that includes supplier management, performance management, internal audit & quality assurance.
String reporting background with ability to work on designing of global dashboards and getting it implemented with HRIS
