We are inviting applications for the role of BA, KYC Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing monthly quarterly orders and co-ordinate with order operations, manufacturing, materials and logistics team on fulfilment gaps and recommendations
Responsibilities
Accurately performing KYC analysis and risk assessments, ensuring high quality and on time delivery of the same
Perform detailed data gathering and analyse the gathered data
Responsible for ensuring KYC checks and completing Enhanced Due Diligence
Conducting PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) screening and adverse media checks
Compliance with regulations and attainment of client specific processing requirements
Excel reporting and weekly tracker management
Identify process improvement opportunities, and work with the functional lead and project teams to implement them
Ensure to work with all stakeholders in adherence to the company s policies and procedures
Excellent communication and Writing skills and stakeholder handling exposure
Provide support to other projects, when required
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B. Com / BE with MBA (Finance)
Rich experience in KYC
Familiar with a wide range of external data sources and third-party systems to be covered as a part of the due diligence process.
Relevant financial service experience, ideally within risk, compliance, or financial crime
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail and strong research skills and experience with the Internet and on-line research systems
Excellent Communication, Presentation and Influencing Skills
Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Advanced Excel, SFDC, VBA and Tableau skills will be advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Demonstrate highest level of Integrity
Preferred qualifications
Investment Banking experience is desirable
A good understanding of effective risk management
Experience of working with high-risk client groups
Relevant Legal and Compliance Qualifications desirable
Knowledge of the regulatory environment is highly desirable
