Job Description
Job Summary:
The Zoho Product Manager role will be based out of USA and will have end to end responsibility to scope and deliver projects in Zoho or any of its products across one or more business functions. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. If youre also confident and have a knack for knowing what ideas will and wont work, wed like to meet you.
You will guide the design, user interface, and technology integration of projects; with data as the centre-piece of every transaction at Wi-Fiber LLC. Using your expertise on industry-wide trends you will also act as a business advisor and realise tech-driven new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Work with our implementation partners to create and maintain customised Zoho solutions
Must have experience on ZOHO projects, ZOHO one, ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Sales and Marketing, etc.
Conduct research to identify customer needs and business gaps and competitive opportunities
Integrate Zoho solutions (process, data, workflows etc.) with other SaaS products through API or otherwise, incl. Internal integrations with in-house products
Constantly collecting information and data from inside and outside sources to inform product direction
Translate business requirements into project plans, with full understanding of responsibility within initiatives across the organization
Perform quality assurance testing and controls on product
Build a technical understanding of the existing product setup to contribute to design decisions
Design and build reports based on user requirements
Work directly with functional leads and market teams on identifying challenges, and translate that to product functions and features
Proactively draws peers or leads into the problem-solving, refine product propositions through modelling, process definition and operational optimizations and sets up discussions so that the time is spent as efficiently as possible
Distinctive work experience with the Zoho suite, particularly Creator and CRM with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in delivering end to end solutions
