Job Description

Hiring Manager/Deputy Manager For FP & A With Leading NBFC
From 2 to 5 year(s) of experience
Pune

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in Annual budgeting and forecast process using past data, trends and though inputs from support team
Compute the financial performance measurement covering actual vs budget, variances and key cost and income metrics
Analyse, investigate, and explain key movements and trends in actual and reasons for variances
Preparation of monthly financial metrics (Management dashboards) and key business drivers specific to different products
Compute unit level /product/branch/region level profitability and cost matrix
Working with senior team members create and review quarterly forecasts and annual financial plans, including reporting and analysis to explain changes against given baselines
Assist in key month end activities which provides oversight of completeness and accuracy of underlying management information
Support various teams with key management reporting as required
Work closely with financial accounting and control team for input data
