Inviting applications for the role of Manager Non-Production Initiatives
Responsibilities
o Responsible for independent management of progress on each task and coordinating with the all stakeholders.
o Responsible for proactive planning, forecasting and execution of strategies to ensure smooth operations.
o Working closely with Ops and hiring team to facilitate the hiring and onboarding, manage and coordinate Genpact and Clients IT assets and IT accesses, attendance tracking and Client Billing, coordination with all FLMs, gather data for the team, LDT team &the leadership and support the team with other non-production activities.
o Further, the candidate must be a catalyst in getting new ideas from the team in order to do value adds in the process and hence create opportunities simplify each task with minimal time from operations and leadership.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors or Master s Degree in Business, Law or equivalent.
Experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, MIS etc is required.
Advanced Communication and Presentation skills
Structured problem solving and solution design experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to workload
Work under pressure. Detail oriented. Good organizational skills and strong customer focus
Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to work in dynamic working environment
Works with minimal supervision, demonstrates strong organizational skills and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Ability to work independently and deliver against commitments
Influencing Skills
Problem Solving and Decision Making
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
