Manager, Talent Supply Chain Report Build Project Manager
Talent Match is our Strategic Workforce Management initiative with the goal of building a supply chain of our assets our people. It oversees design, build and implementation of prioritized solution themes across multiple functional areas. This operations-wide initiative includes mobilizing resources to implement the end state IT ecosystem with functional teams to streamline, capture, disseminate required data/information and institutionalize a standard process built on a digital backbone to optimize our talent demand and supply. Given people are our most critical assets, we expect the role holder to be driving revenue acceleration while optimizing the cost. The new hire would be expected to bring in fresh perspective and push the envelope around how we have handled the demand and supply of talent in the organization historically.
Talent Supply Chain Report build team will focus on 3 key deliverables to Genpact:
Design & build new functionality linked reports based on end-user needs across tools used for resource management, background checks and onboarding.
Design & build an overall reporting view across the talent supply chain including recruitment keeping Operating & HR leadership in mind
Explore enhancement opportunities from end-users for existing reports and implement it through a release calendar
Responsibilities
Accountable to relevant Transformation leads for new report builds, enhancements, testing and troubleshooting post-production defects. Yet have specialization in data storytelling & report building.
Understand Genpact s systems and talent supply chain data to architect reports based on key performance indicators.
Project manage new report builds and enhancements with technology and BI teams in Genpact.
Create business requirement documents and test scenarios for new. Conduct rigorous testing for logic and data accuracy.
Partner with Business and IT teams to troubleshoot any existing report in Talent Supply Chain.
Design and implement report adoption plans for target audience.
Ability to interpret large amount of complicated data in excel and transfer them into automated systems such as Power BI where applicable.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Any Bachelor s degree or higher, preferably in Operations or Finance
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to translate them into automated systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to make presentations based on insights generated from data analysis
Execution rigor and personal effectiveness
Preferred qualifications
Prior experience or skills in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Forecasting, Big Data and/or alternative digital solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to change
Flexibility in work hours to have virtual meetings that overlap with both India (IST) and US California (PST) hours
