We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Automation Expert
In this role, you will be a key member in an Agile team to launch and iteratively improve automated solutions (RPA, Python, VBA) & complete project management responsibilities, which includes customer connect for requirement gathering, status update & guidance. Maintaining a future-minded view, this role will also help evaluate various RPA/Python/VBA solutions. The role demands good software etiquette to facilitate future migration projects, maintainability of existing bots, and documentation for handovers.
Responsibilities
Contributing as a digital Agile environment resource, to produce and develop automated solutions (RPA, Python, VBA) from initial concept, final release, and future updates
Lead & participate in feasibility analyses to determine necessary effort and estimate outcome levels of various automated solutions (RPA, Python, VBA)
Design and monitor testing of solutions, including system-integration testing and user acceptance testing
Through Automation Anywhere, manage and migrate RPA bots in Control Room, while supporting the functionalities of all existing bots
Ensure code longevity by using best practices for all code movements and validation
Actively write and update technical designs and associated documentation
Provide support for other parallel functions, including but not limited to: server side management, RPA-related software management, and production support
Stay up to date with new technologies, for example: new features in WinAutomation and Microsoft Power Platform
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college, with experience in Automation, Programming, Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning
Desired Characteristics
In-depth understanding of RPA, including migration and development
Software:
o Automation Anywhere (Development + Control Room)
o Python
o Java Spring and Hibernate
o Mail API
o VBA
Understand the Agile workflow
Generate technical design and documentation
Self-starter with ability to build a vision and execute
Proven track record for meeting customer/business needs
Clear thinking and solid prioritization skills
Demonstrated Project Management ability
Demonstrated success working across various functional teams
