Job Description

DTM Goal Sheet 30 lakh (CTC less than 7 lakh)

TM Goal Sheet 46 Lakh (CTC 7 Lakh and Above)

STM Goal Sheet 75 Lakh (CTC 12L and above)

Preferred segment is DTM/TM, we can think of STM only if the candidate extraordinary else lets refrain from hiring STM.

While screening profile kindly make a note of the below points.

No Employment gap
From Life Agency / Variable experience (Kindly avoid profile from GI/Banca etc)
Persistency should be 85% in his/her current role
Minimum GS target mentioned above must be achieved in current role.
