Role: Oracle EBS Project Manager

Exp: 7+ Years

CTC: up to 25 LPA

Location: Pune

Job Description:

  • Responsible to support the implementation partner for Upgrading Oracle EBS environment from 12.1.x to 12.2.10
  • Co-ordinate infrastructure requirements between various infrastructure teams
  • Track issues / vendor cases to help the project team to resolve on time to meet the project timeline Work with the project team to identify opportunity to reduce the overall cutover timeline.
  • Introduce proper Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for managing an R12 Upgrade project of this type and size.
  • Manage project team deliverables and customer expectations
  • Facilitate the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues
  • Provide, status reports, and quality retrospectives to Infrastructure Manager Qualifications Minimum 5 years Project Management experience managing IT projects within Oracle EBS and related technologies.
  • Must have experience managing complex Oracle EBS R12 upgrade and implementation projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects, products, and/or sprints simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication for both a technical and non-technical audience.
  • A strong, quantitative skill set and the ability to think and communicate with well-supported data to all levels in the organization.
