Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Associate, Sourcing & Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities
Extraction of Open Order Report from SAP ERP and get confirmation from the supplier of reception of the order
Update Supplier confirmation in SAP and inform the buyers regarding challenges and issues
Expedite deliveries to ensure on time delivery of the material
Understand queries from Suppliers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide timely clarifications / resolution to suppliers.
Post receipt of a response,
o Validate responses for completeness and identify variances if any and resolve.
o Update ERP with all latest communication
o Provide timely update to the stakeholders
o Negotiate with the respective suppliers on delivery, provide them revised PO copy, etc
Preparing weekly summary report in excel and share the update with customer.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
University graduate in any discipline
Relevant work experience
Must have sound knowledge of English Any knowledge of a foreign language is a bonus
Preferred skills:
Should possess strong Expediting skills
Must possess sound knowledge of order confirmation, expediting delivery, Excel and SAP tool
Should possess good interpersonal skills and must be a team player
Should have basic understanding of End to End Sourcing & Procurement processes & its implications in a manufacturing industry
Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP ERP
Sourcing specific certifications like CPM, SPSM is a plus.
