Job Description
Consultant SiteCore , WordPress CMS
We are seeking a WordPress CMS responsible for both back-end (Plug-in Development and Theme Integration) and Front-End Development. The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development and deployment is expected.
Responsibilities
- Defines website objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.
- Forming proper structures to complete the projects adhering to the timelines.
- Capability to handle and guide a team of WordPress CMS Developers & willing to take ownership to manage multiple modules at the same time.
- Coordinating with client for the proper implementation of the project during the development phase.
- Bug Fixing.
- Adhere to client coding standards.
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives as required.
- Cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), Object-Oriented Design, Responsive Web Design.
- Experience with wire framing / prototyping tools and can lead the effort in standardizing these processes.
- Ability to articulate design vision and defend design decisions

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor s degree / Master s Degree in Engineering
Preferred qualifications
- Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress Frameworks is mandatory.
- Strong experience in implementing the themes from scratch and plug-in development.
- Understanding of MVC design patterns.
- Strong experience with PHP, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS3, Saas, Less, JQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, Material Design, Landing Page Creation.
- Good knowledge in Page editing tool - Elementor
- Good knowledge of s.
- Hands-on experience in developing/customizing/configuring Content Management System workflows.
- Translation of UI/UX (Photoshop/XD) wireframes to visual elements.
- Fluent Written and verbal communication in English.
- Good to have Knowledge and experience in Agile projects.
- Strong customer focus.
- Willingness and ability to do multi-task. Willingness to learn the Product/Platform and associated technologies.
