E/M OP or Surgery or Pathology or Neurology & Pain Management or IVR or Radiology

Roles&Responsibilities:

Expertise in specialties of E/M IP and OP coder & Trainer or Surgery or Pathology or Neurology & Pain Management or IVR or Radiology Ensure adherence to coding guidelines within established productivity standards. Ensure complete adherence to TAT and SLAs as defined by the customer Maintain patient confidentiality and strict adherence to HIPAA

RequiredSkillsforthisroleinclude:

Minimum 1+ years of working experience (forCodingroles) in any one of the medical coding specialties of E/M IP and OP coder & Trainer or Surgery or Pathology or Neurology & Pain Management or IVR or Radiology Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Demonstrate ability to work in challenging and changing work environments and apply methodologies to best-fit solutions. Coding certificate (CPC, COC, CCS) - Preferred Expertise with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, MS office, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.

*Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 7:30 AM/5:30 PM IST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends basis business requirements.
