Inviting applications for the role of AVP, Consumer Banking

This role is a combination of Solutioning approach, sense in structuring deals, and excellent customer facing skills (executive presence, ability to listen and address specific problems, eloquent acceptable and reasonable solutions, etc.)

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the solution development for contact center for deals globally (RFP )
  • Work with teams to build the client facing proposal
  • Front end along with BD/Sales and chip in to deal conversion
  • Have a point of view on market trends/changes/ landscape based on experience and industry knowledge
  • Able to work independently in a cross-cultural environment, panning different time zones (ability to work late nights and weekend for RFP submissions)
  • Thought leadership through whitepapers, content creation in narrative Word doc and PowerPoint deck, etc.
  • Excel and partner internally in a highly matrixed structure including collaborating with adjacent service lines, digital sales and practice, analytics sales and practice.
  • Industry depth with the large technology firms, and their needs in customer service, inbound and outbound
  • Drive innovation through deep customer involvement
  • Demonstrate thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and conference activity
  • Economic, technological, and motivated changes, and their impact on our client set
  • Stay on top of regulatory changes impacting client businesses
  • Drive cohesiveness across globalized activities
  • Combine technology and analytics to provide an outstanding solution
QualificationsMinimum qualifications
  • MBA
  • Deep Domain expertise in Banking & FinancialServices
  • Experience as an operations manager, solution architect, or management consultant
  • Proficient with Excelfor building financial business cases and commercial models
  • Proficient with generating client facing presentations in PowerPoint with excellent storyboarding abilities
  • Experience leading sales proposals/cycles (RFIs, RFPs, Orals, Due Diligence, Contracting)
  • Experience in the consumer banking industry as an operations manager, solution architect.
  • Proven ability to lead projects in a matrixed organization across multiple functions (sales, commercial/pricing, hiring, operations, IT, digital, analytics, transition/implementation)
  • Proven track record of working across multiple geographies including but not limited to India, Philippines, LATAM, Europe, US
  • Ability and track record of working in a fast paced RFP response environment with requiring working nights and weekend. Ability to work hours suitable for US EST & Europe times
Preferred qualifications
  • First-hand operational or involvement in consumer banking leadership
  • Proven record to convey value proposition, differentiators in a compelling manner to win new relationships/opportunities
  • Experience in working in a fast paced & timeline type of environment
  • Deep domain expertise in consumer banking operations and technologies (including analytics and digital products)
  • Ability to lead multiple partners
  • Excellent project & time leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and execution skills
  • Very good command on MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Collaborative management and working style
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Should possess high degree of versatility, good interpersonal skills, and excellent time management skills
  • Should be able to handle pressure and long work hours, if vital
  • Very hands-on person with highly individual contributor output
