Job Title: Engineer/Sr. Engineer
Department: R&d

CTC upto 6 lac

Work Description :
1. To carry out the design related activities of Appliance Motor.
2. Co-ordinate with Sales for new customer enquiries
3. Co-ordinate with Global R&d center for designing, testing and Vave, Designing a bldc,
4. Develop Local suppliers for components
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Well versed with the motor design concepts & electrical theories.
2.Rfq study and arrange requisite inputs from customer.
3. Understand Electrical testing of motor and Appliances
4. Must have understanding of motor level validations.
5. Provide the design related support for Purchase/Supplier development.
6. To coordinate with global team members timely to resolve the design related topics.
7. To prepare proto samples as per requirements
8. Motor samples assembly & co-ordination with production.
9. Dfmea, Apqp preparation
Familiar with circuit simulation tools like Plecs, Spice, Tina and Altium
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (Ksas) required to successfully perform the job:
Knowledge: Knowledge on Gd&t & tolerance stack up analysis.
Basic knowledge of Auto cad & Drawing reading. Idea of brushless motor.
Must have thorough understanding of motor design aspects. Thorough knowledge of Apqp
Experience: 04-08 Years
Qualification: : B.tech in Electrical
