Bengaluru/ offshore Role Purpose
The role of Developer - Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will work as part of the team to design, develop, test and deploy automated solutions for business processes using Robotic Process Automation tool. This position is to cater to growing needs of our clients to automate their business processes using Robotic Process Automation and it requires niche skill working with automation tools.
Skills and Experience
Technical competencies for
the role
Experience in an RPA tool such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, OpenSpan, Work Fusion, etc.
Solid business process flow analysis/design/documentation expertise
Understanding of system design principles
Knowledge of test automation tools desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills with a technical mindset
Behavioral competencies for
the role
Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and shifting priorities
Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills with a technical mindset
Experience
Graduates in Computer Science with 3-5 years of experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, .Net, Java or Python preferred).
Prior hands-on experience with working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or OpenSpan in a plus
Qualification
Bachelors Degree, with a technology, or equivalent education/experience on IT
Key Responsibilities
Work under the direction of superiors to deliver Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to clients in both onsite and remote settings
Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
Implement business process automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool
Develop Proof of Concept to demonstrate the tool capability for automation
Design, build, test, deploy and maintain automated solution meeting business requirements
Develop the code adhering to solution design and architecture, quality standards, and best practices
Prepare training documents for the end user and technical documentation with operational procedures to support solution transition for maintenance
Provide advice and guidance in developing proposals and implementation plans by providing inputs on development effort required technical limitations and schedule
Work within project schedule constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the Project Manager.
