Job Title: Sales Manager - Banca sales
Type: Full-time, On-role
Channel: Bancassurance- {Branch Banking Sales}
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 1+ Year of Direct Sales Relevant Experience
Required Skills.
- Any Graduate with 6+ months in sales
- Age 38 or below.
- More the 6+ months experience in last company
- Candidate should be from .- Banking, Finance, Insurance services Will be Prefer.
Work Responsibility :
- Responsible for Business Target achievement through assigned Banca partners branches.
- Responsible for managing the overall business for assigned area (1-2 branches) which involves business development, sales, relationship management, operational and training support, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting overall target assigned on new business.
- Responsible to establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel of assigned branches of partners branches.
- Responsible for all operations, customer servicing, and customer retention activities for the assigned branches of partners branches.
- Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets along with assigned partner team.
- Responsible for business tracking, analyzing, and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority.
- Responsible for compliant business practices and ensuring that employees of the partner comply with ethical business practices for Insurance sales.
