JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Fresher - Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)
Reporting to: BDM / Account Managers
Qualification: Any qualification with good communication skills.
Required Experience: 0 1 yrs.
No of Positions: 10
Training: Selected candidates will be provided ON THE JOB training at NOIDA Branch for 2-3 weeks on Job roles and responsibilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of the recruiter is to make placements/closures against a given client requirement for IT professionals in the US job market. He / She is responsible for identifying and screening/evaluating qualified candidates for an open position with a client. The recruiter is expected to understand the IT People requirements of the client companies sent by the account managers and find the consultants who satisfy those requirements and ensure the placements for the assigned requirements.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken skills.
Telephonic and e-communication skills.
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
Computer skills with proficiency in using MS word and excel.
Knowledge of different technologies and the terminology of the software development environment.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure.
This position provides a salary base plus commission, ongoing training and benefits.
