First level of Demand Requirement document review
Should have Technical knowledge (Infrastructure and Security) for first level review
Categorizing the Demand based on Requirement
Arranging Meeting with Technical Stakeholders
Vetting the Requirement post meeting with Technical team (Operation Teams)
Updating the Demand APP at each stage of the Demand Life cycle
Creating ESD for Demand requirements, for which requestors do not have access
Following-up ESD for approval and Implementation
Post ESD implementation, arranging Technical troubleshooting meeting if needed (in most cases its required)
Reminder and follow-up with IT Security Team for Security Team for review and go-live approval
Follow-up with Business/requestor for pending requirements or Technical document
Updating Demand APP
Preparing Demand Dashboard weekly for review with DH Teams
Follow-up the action points of Demand meetings, Service review meetings and monthly meetings
ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
