Executive/Senior Executive Accounts
Job Description
- Handling routine work like Cash, Bank & Journal Accounting works.
- Bank Reconciliation statement and liaison works.
- Assured Return Workings.
- Timely deposit of statutory taxes before due date.
- Working on GST Compliance and assessment of case & liaison with sales tax authorities.
- Maintenance of Annual Receivable Customer Base.
- Follow up customer for payments tracker for recovery.
- Maintenance of Annual Payable suppliers base with ageing
- Recording of Sales Invoice, Receipts and payments
- Ensuring timely payments to creditors
- Maintain of Fixed Assets register and update it periodically
- Finalization of Books of Accounts till balance sheet with merging of data from different branches.
- Coordinating with Auditors Tax & Assessment of Case
Eligibility:
- Good in presentation/communication skills.
- Must be a B. Comm Graduate
- Comfortable working in dynamic work environment
