Job Description
Data Analyst
In this role, you be part of the Team which is primarily focused on data analysis, support, and training for Independent clients, and internal/external constituents. This position acts as a Subject Matter Expert in the various areas of business, rresponsible for working with the existing systems available within the system to complete key tasks related to existing and new business initiatives. This position will be required to thoroughly understand Independent Bottler business data and have the ability to analyze it to make recommendations or business decisions. This person must be able to make business decisions independently based on analysis performed.
Responsibilities
Follow defined standard operating processes and procedures for all deliverables (processes)
Accountable for the quality and accuracy
Plan and priorities the workload to ensure that all assignments are delivered accurately to meet specified time lines (planning)
Ensure timely and accurate update of all master data records. Responsible for delivering all the tasks on-time, every-time. Ensure that the schedule is reviewed as circumstances change. (timeliness)
Ensure that all the feedbacks and the learning from the home, office, client, field etc. is documented and applied to the master data procedures to improve accuracy (Baseline the learning)
Be responsible for maintaining the SLA of each period and the delivery performance
Ensure that all the reports are maintained and cleared on time
Highlight and take appropriate help from the Lead on SOP deviations or issues
Participate in idea generation and improvement activities
Comprehend, explain and enforce master data creation and change processes.
Update /maintain the departmental procedures (SOP s) tools, and metrics for the master data team
Ensure all Data Quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met
Support special projects as needed
Identifies areas for data quality and process improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies
Have a continuous improvement mind set and support improvement projects from data perspective
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree
Knowledge on bottler data collection process
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Critical thinking skills
Ability to learn complex processes related to data
Excellent written and oral communication
In-depth knowledge and experience with sales reporting tools
Experience with Matrix reporting tools (ASR, MSR, MVR, MAS)
Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Suite of tools
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools & syntax
Moderate to Advanced familiarity of database architecture/programming languages (SQL writing, Python, SAS)
Proficiency with Alteryx or related tools
