Must have Experienced in back office/email support or any international Bpo experience would work

06 months+ experience in email/Chat/Voice support with excellent command over English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willing to work in 24x7 Shifts

Must be a graduate

Resolving their issue's by providing the best customer support

Understand customer's concerns and provide the solutions

Emailing and chatting with the customer's
