Job Description
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Ability to influence and interact with senior management.
- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model.
- Ensuring smooth on boarding of the clients.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients by communicating with them frequently to answer questions and check their satisfaction levels.
- Monitor sales trends, noting which products are selling faster than others, and write reports displaying this data.
- Identify different client friendly processes and recommend improvisation
- Recommendation of different promotional activities for the existing new clients.
