• Open Market Sourcing Handling offroll 10 Team member & Generating Leads & Business Through Open market Channels.
• Handling Team team, motivate and work along with branch team to achieve New Customers set targets month on month
• Ensure Gold loan growth month on month Heading 40 to 50 Branches and Planning Marketing Activities
• Responsible for canvasing and marketing all Gold loan products of Muthoot finance
