Hiring Branch Manager with Muthoot Finance!
Job Designation: Branch Manager
Experience: 5 plus years
Education: Any Graduation
CTC: 3.5 LPA
Location: South Chennai
Gender: Male / Female
Product: Gold Loan
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall Branch operations and profitability of the branch, Handling Branch operations Team, Motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets Month on Month, Ensure Gold Loan growth at Branch month of month, Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Muthoot Finance, Building relationship with Customers and follow-up, Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPAs.
Required Candidate profile:- Responsible for achieving Cross Selling products TGT v/s ACT of the region and maintaining relation with Cross selling Peers to ensure smooth implementation of process. Maintaining direct relations with High Net worth Individuals at respective Branch Selecting competent resources and ensure the staffing level as per the norms. Responsible for overall administration of Branch and do periodic visit to the Region. Ensure the gold loan SOP to be followed and inculcated in branch operations. Ensuring adherence to laid down instructions with regard to conduct of business and administration by branches Reviewing Audit reports for the branches and take necessary action. Liaison with local bodies and enforcement bodies. Conducting Periodic training Program for development of the staff to take additional responsibilities. The candidate who is presently heading Bank Branch operations of new generation bank as Branch Head or Branch Manager. .
