Job Description
Senior Manager, BCM Consulting
Develop an understanding of current working practices in the scope
Coordination of documentation and changes across multiple teams
Lead detailed analysis with line staff, wider Ops groups, and Business units to formulate and consolidate business requirements/user stories
Document business processes, screens, and screen flows
Document business rules and reference data requirements
Liaise with Operations and Business Unit to ensure that business requirements have been correctly understood and documented
Liaise with IT colleagues to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood
Become a key contact for IT, colleagues, to assist with query resolution
Produce and distribute minutes of analysis meetings
Prepare test strategy and approach
Oversee/carry out documentation of test scripts and test execution
Provide progress reporting through effective and meaningful metrics
Co-ordinate and provide training for test users during UAT
Produce user manuals and reference materials, as required
Produce training materials and participate in the delivery of training, as required
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
Successful candidates will operate across multiple projects, performing a variety of functions and must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Bachelor s Degree educated or equivalent
Ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
Understanding of the trade lifecycle, specifically trade settlements process and the various downstream user requirements of reference, trade and financial data
Knowledge and experience of having worked in DevOps AGILE was of working
Detail-oriented with demonstrated problem solving, business analysis skills and experience with testing coordination/execution
Ability to quickly digest new information and learn new businesses and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
Preferred Qualification
A good understanding of Equities, OTC, and derivatives products
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and provide insight into how to improve existing business and technology processes
Ability to work well under time constraints and prioritize appropriately across multiple projects
Advanced MS Office skills (including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint)
