Job Profile:-

Responsibilities -
* Handling End-to-End Recruitment.
* Sourcing relevant profiles from the database, employee referral, portals etc.
* Short listing profiles based on respective specifications.
* Identifying the right candidates and discussing with them to ensure their availability, interest, capability, attitude, confidence level and other all requisites.
* Screening of candidates on a one-to-one basis as per client's requirements.
* Following up with candidates with acceptance of offer letter and to confirm the joining date.
*Coordinate with the client and maintain a strong client relationship

Requirements -
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong decision-making skills
