We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Data Engineer with good knowledge on Qlik Sense / Qlik View and Data transformations
Required Skills :-
Solid requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and debugging skills
Understanding of database technologies, Master Data Management, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization,
Ability to optimize data loads and applications for efficient performance
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Experience with Qlik Sense / QlikView Server setup, configuration and administration, creating visualizations, building dashboards, and prototypes meeting the needs of users
Experience with Qlik scripting and reporting
Other desirable qualifications: o Data Warehouse and Data Modeling experience -> Qlik certifications preferred and Analytics Platforms will add value
Should have proven experience in SDLC in multiple development projects
Use of analytics in IT outsourcing services area (e.g. in BPO, application management, infrastructure management etc.) is highly desirable. especially application of analytics in service desk / help desk / contact centers would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) process framework is needed. ITIL Foundation certificate is desirable.
Should have worked in a managed services provider organization, be exposed to global delivery model and operate in teams working across time zones.
Good interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate in a diverse team
Good communication (written & oral) & presentation skills, business analysis and problem-solving skills, self-initiated, quick learner; should be able to handle stakeholders at senior levels & influence decisions.
Other Desirable Skills :-
- Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- A background in automating and orchestrating the management of a virtual data center environment. Certification/Education Preferences
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or closely related field
- 10+ Years of relevant experience
- ITIL Foundation Certified is a plus
- Industry recognized technical certification(s) in one or more private/public cloud services areas (e.g. MCSD: Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Systems Operations Professional/Solutions Developer, DevOps, AWS Certified Solutions Architect etc.) is a plus.

- Excellent organizational skills, and oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, making decisions based upon priorities, schedules and an understanding of business initiatives
- Critical attention to detail, thoroughness and documentation
